Students’ Self-Efficacy and Students’ Speaking Skill: A Correlational Analysis

The current research aimed to know the level of students’ self-efficacy and correlation between speaking skills in English. subject this was students Speaking for Academic Purposes class at fourth semester English Education Department University Sulawesi Barat. total sampling technique used research, it contained active education study program 74 students. quantitative method applied design a correlational study. Furthermore, instruments attempted were questionnaire scores from academic purpose lecturer first result showed that most had high self-efficacy, second sig value is 0.81 > 0.05. It can be concluded rejecting ha accepting ho means there no significant student's skills.
